Responsabilidades:

  • Promover los Servicios Especializados ofrecidos bajo los Beneficios de Atención Domiciliaria, como Enfermería, Terapia Física, Terapia Ocupacional, Terapia del Habla, Asistente de Atención Domiciliaria y Trabajador Social Médico. (Beneficios cubiertos bajo Medicare y Medicaid)
  • Demostrar habilidades en el desarrollo de relaciones y relaciones públicas: investigar, cultivar, implementar, producir y dirigir una conciencia comunitaria integral, efectiva y coordinada con planificadores de alta atención, instalaciones de enfermería especializada, instalaciones de vida para personas mayores, médicos y profesionales de negocios tanto dentro como fuera de la comunidad de atención médica.
  • Colaborar con los Directores Ejecutivos y Directores de Servicios Clínicos en sus mercados locales para identificar oportunidades de desarrollo empresarial y coordinar reuniones educativas y de asociación.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar un plan efectivo y dirigido que incorpore a todo el equipo de liderazgo local y genere un aumento en la población atendida, promoviendo nuestra imagen positiva en la comunidad como el proveedor líder de atención domiciliaria.
  • Proporcionar informes semanales al Director de Alianzas de Salud y a los Directores Ejecutivos con respecto a la actividad y los resultados de la semana.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Comunicaciones o un campo relacionado.
  • Al menos dos años de experiencia en ventas relacionadas con el cuidado en el hogar o educación comunitaria, se prefiere experiencia en atención domiciliaria.
  • Capacidad demostrada para impulsar el crecimiento de la población atendida y desarrollar relaciones comerciales y profesionales.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, interpersonales y de ventas.
  • Se requiere licencia de conducir válida y comprobante de seguro.
