Lead Event AV Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel (Air + OTR) for advanced setup and operation of audio/video/lighting equipment at live events.
- Supervise daily operations of Event AV equipment.
- Manage and oversee AV asset inventory (experience with FLEX is advantageous).
- Receive training on the application and practices of MEC A/V equipment.
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of MEC equipment.
- Collaborate with Event Managers to develop onsite AV technical activation strategies.
- Lead the construction and dismantling of tradeshow setups and activations.
- Coordinate event planning, asset management, personnel, and budget oversight.
- Build and nurture relationships with brand partners, vendors, promoters, and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assemble and disassemble various event structures and equipment.
- Ensure secure loading and unloading of transport vehicles.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail.
- Enhance brand visibility by fostering engaging interactions between the brand, consumers, and lifestyle, promoting a positive image for Monster Energy.
- Adapt to various working environments (warehouse, off-site, office) and weather conditions.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Intelligent and driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Event AV applications.
- Advanced proficiency in the following areas:
1. Analog/Digital Audio
2. LED Wall Systems
3. Video Systems
4. Lighting Systems
5. IT/Networking equipment - Ability to obtain or possess OSHA Forklift Certification.
- Knowledge of OSHA Safety standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (365) and Inventory Software Programs (FLEX).
- GED or higher educational qualification.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Candidate should be located within a reasonable distance from the designated warehouse.
