Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for Skilled Services available under Home Health Benefits, including Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Home Health Aide, and Medical Social Work.
  • Exhibit strong relationship-building and public relations capabilities: research, cultivate, implement, and drive comprehensive community engagement with healthcare discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, medical professionals, and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with local Executive Directors and Clinical Services Directors to identify business development opportunities and facilitate educational and partnership meetings.
  • Design and implement a strategic plan that involves the entire local leadership team, aimed at increasing patient census and enhancing our reputation as a premier homecare provider.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Health Partnership Director and Executive Directors regarding activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in home care sales or community education, with a preference for in-home care experience.
  • Proven track record of driving client growth and establishing professional relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and proof of insurance is mandatory.
