Customer Complaints Specialist - Contractor

The Customer Complaints Specialist - Contractor is tasked with evaluating and interpreting data from call logs, Qualitrics, and other post-market systems as required to make informed complaint determinations.

Our Quality Assurance department is currently seeking a Customer Complaints Specialist - Contractor. This position is a contractual role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze call log entries from the previous day to determine if the recorded information qualifies as a potential complaint.
  • Initiate complaint records within the complaint management system based on the assessment of data entered by customer experience representatives.
  • Provide training to customer experience personnel on the proper procedures for logging data to ensure accurate complaint assessments.
  • Collaborate with fellow complaint analysts and investigators for necessary administrative support.
  • Engage in daily management meetings and present key metrics as required by senior leadership.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • 2-5 years of experience in data entry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical device complaints.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fast typing abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Knowledge of medical device complaint handling is advantageous.
