Client Success Manager

Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner. You will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. This data-driven approach will enable you to make informed decisions and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your insights from customer interactions will influence product/service improvements and development.
This position also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and support activities. You will prepare regular reports and present performance metrics to senior management, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
* Act as an escalation point for complex or escalated customer concerns, ensuring they are addressed promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
* Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
