Job Description

This Personal Lines Account Manager position plays a critical role in supporting our Account Executive in managing client relationships and driving business growth. The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with agency management software. A Property & Casualty License is required, or agreement to obtain within 3-6 months of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional client service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner
  • Managing policy changes, renewals, and related tasks in Epic and on carrier sites
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including policy audits and reviews
  • Building strong relationships with clients, agents, and internal stakeholders
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of personal lines account management or support experience
  • Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain within 3-6 months
  • Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office and agency management software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Salary Range:

$57,000 - $67,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer opportunities for growth and professional development within our organization.
