Client Success Representative

At eCommerce Scaling Secrets, we are seeking a Client Success Representative to join our team. Our community is focused on helping intermediate-advanced ecommerce entrepreneurs and brand owners achieve success.
Main Responsibilities:The primary role of the Client Success Representative is to provide exceptional support to clients, guiding them through our program and helping them scale their business. This includes identifying potential pain points before they become issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of 40-60 clients, offering support via Zoom calls and messaging, consistently touching base with clients throughout their journey, tracking communication in HubSpot, and assisting in the evolution of the client lifecycle.
Requirements:- 1+ years of relevant customer service, support, and administrative experience
- A client-first mentality with exceptional customer service delivery
- Strong desire to build and maintain high-touch relationships with clients
- Able to maintain a positive attitude in all situations
- Strong ability to adapt and make ongoing adjustments
- Willingness to be flexible with necessary duties in a rapidly expanding company
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Able to work well in a team environment with a positive attitude and willingness to help others
