Job Summary:

As a Chef De Cuisine at Davidson Hospitality Group, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team in menu development and execution. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and concepts that meet the high standards of Davidson Hospitality Group.
  • Culinary Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our culinary team to ensure excellent food quality and presentation.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Oversee food safety and quality standards to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and ordering to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of ingredients and supplies.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to food safety and quality.

Requirements:

  • Culinary Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Culinary Knowledge: Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
