Key Responsibilities- Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas, recipes, and cooking techniques.
- Manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a high-quality dining experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Culinary Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment.
