Job Summary

The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our food service team. This includes managing the preparation and presentation of food, as well as ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Operations: Manage the preparation and presentation of food, including cooking, plating, and garnishing.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train culinary staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support staff.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food meets quality standards, including taste, texture, and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a culinary role, including management experience.
  • Skills: Strong culinary skills, including cooking, plating, and presentation. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
