Key Responsibilities

The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department at VIOCF. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing onboarding processes for new employees
  • Providing guidance on policies and procedures
  • Acting as a first point of contact for employees' HR-related inquiries
  • Maintaining employee records and updating handbooks and HR policies as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role. They should possess knowledge of HR functions, familiarity with labor laws, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
