Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews for hiring managers and update relevant spreadsheets for routing applications and maintaining position management records
  • Process changes in Workday and IRIS, and run reports in Workday to ensure compliance
  • Process student reappointments and update student records as needed
  • Assist the ARL Recruiting team with recruiting events and administrative tasks
  • Maintain metrics for recruiting, application intake/review, and other areas as deemed necessary by the ARL HR Operations Manager
  • Payroll certification/distribution, and cross-train and serve as a backup to other ARL HR functional areas as needed
