Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in various HR areas, specifically payroll management, to join our team at LaunchPad Home Group Inc. As an HR Generalist, you will split your time between human resources functions, supporting internal clients, assisting with acquisitions, and running payroll processes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a problem solver, and able to handle various HR tasks in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) systems and a strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and HR best practices, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all employees' payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administer payroll processing via UKG, including data input, auditing, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to run reports efficiently and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to payroll.
  • Process salary changes, bonuses, commissions, and other pay adjustments.
  • Prepare and review payroll reports and ensure proper tax filings.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding paychecks, taxes, and deductions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR role.
  • Proven payroll experience, specifically with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) or similar systems.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
