Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, and certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) and/or Project Management. You will also need to have a minimum of 6-8 years of HR/HR Operations experience in the semiconductor industry, with experience working in a complex global HR environment.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience.
