Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and dispatching. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, particularly in Windows applications, and familiarity with Oracle systems is advantageous. This role is essential for the ongoing success and expansion of our Service Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service while managing service requests.
- Efficiently schedule and prioritize service calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in the ACE system.
- Collaborate with the Service Resource Center to coordinate service operations.
- Take ownership of service requests from initiation to resolution, escalating issues as necessary.
- Regularly communicate with customers to update them on service status and address any concerns.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, involving supervisors when required.
- Ensure accurate invoicing for completed service calls within specified timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
- Oversee inventory and supplies, including sourcing and tracking necessary parts.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
