Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Office Assistant to join our team at Seaton Towson. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and monitoring of all monthly billing and collection processes. This will involve utilizing established policies, procedures, and tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely processing.

The ideal candidate will have one to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with an associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and monitoring of all monthly billing and collection processes.
  • Oversee cash controls, including depositing and posting of cash receipts, and implementing and monitoring controls over petty cash.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly invoices and the collection and recording of payments.
  • Process invoices and Pcard transactions.
  • Oversee checkbook entries and balances.
  • Contribute to the compilation of information for weekly reports.
  • Coordinate payroll and employee benefits, as well as personnel-related records, including new hire paperwork and change forms.
  • Interface with residents on billing/collection issues.
  • Prepare and maintain resident files, records, and reports.
  • Submit open positions on a weekly basis.
