About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator - Real Estate to join our team at Mid-Atlantic Title Group Inc. in Towson, MD.

This role involves managing the front desk, handling incoming calls and emails, and providing administrative support to our attorneys, title processors, and staff.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail. The salary range for this position is $42,000 - $58,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage the front desk, including greeting clients and visitors
  • Organize and maintain office supplies, office equipment, and other resources
  • Support attorneys, title processors, and staff in a fast-paced real estate closing environment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as needed
