Sales Development Coordinator

The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Coordinator to provide Service and Equipment Sales support through the creation and delivery of quotes to LS Customers identified from internal and external leads and requests.
- Create service quotes from leads and internal/external Customer requests using Sales Connection and/or Siebel when appropriate.
- Call Customers to discuss quotes prior to sending to ensure accuracy and identify other upsell opportunities as identified by Management and Service Marketing.
- Perform follow up duties for all quotes sent, which includes calling/emailing Customers in order to drive the Customer PO submission process.
- Update quote status, notes, and confidence levels through Sales Connection and achieves 100% follow up compliance to assist with sales forecasting.
- Achieve booking and gross margin objectives according to plan/target.
As a Sales Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing leads in CRM to ensure opportunities are assigned to the correct STERIS contact.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer expectations are met.
- Identifying and pursuing upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
