Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and other sales outreach strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activity, manage leads, and analyze sales performance
  • Prepare and present sales projects to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of end-to-end sales experience within the HVAC, testing and certification, testing and balancing industry or related field
  • Experience with developing and qualifying leads, cold calling, and maintaining a book of business
  • Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and sales negotiation skills
  • Experience with relationship and business development, use of a CRM, preparation and presenting of sales projects
