Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
- Communication and Negotiation: Develop and maintain strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and develop and implement plans to address them.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, or a related role.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel: Willingness to travel in Europe and across North America as required.
