Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic marketing leader to join our team as the Head of Video Marketing and Go-to-Market Strategy. As a key member of our Global Video team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and subscriber acquisition for Apple TV+ and our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement go-to-market plans for Apple TV+ and our partners, aligning with business objectives and ensuring a coordinated approach across marketing, distribution, creative, and the business.
  2. Marketing Planning and Strategy: Lead the development of marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns for Apple TV+, including budgeting, KPIs, targeting, and cross-functional briefing across Apple paid and owned channels.
  3. Trade Marketing and Partnerships: Manage trade marketing initiatives, including the development of partner marketing tools, creative assets, pitch decks, and events to generate excitement for Apple TV+.
  4. 3rd Party Living Room and Studio Marketing: Oversee the budget and approach for paid media on connected devices and manage the budget and approach for trade marketing, working with relevant teams to drive the LOB partner approach.
  5. Team Leadership: Inspire, lead, and grow a team of highly skilled video marketing strategists, providing timely updates to senior leadership on campaign status, key learnings, and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of relevant film and TV consumer marketing experience in the video streaming space in a subscription marketing or service marketing capacity.
  • Experience in launching and managing full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns, in partnership with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A strong record of designing and delivering efficient performance-driven campaigns.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience crafting presentations for senior leadership.
  • Highly strategic and analytical, data-driven approach to recommendations and problem-solving.
  • Deep industry knowledge across global markets of media and entertainment, and a keen observer of industry trends.
  • MBA preferred.
