Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the food preparation process, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our patients and staff.
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary needs, while maintaining a focus on healthy eating and quality ingredients.
  • Oversee the training and development of culinary staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Administrative Director to establish operating standards, implement quality control measures, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the kitchen is well-equipped, organized, and maintained, with a focus on safety, sanitation, and efficiency.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Culinary Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a sous chef or related culinary position; Cook Chill experience preferred.
  • Servsafe Manager Certificate required.
