- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan menus, manage budgets, and achieve financial results.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Certification in the culinary field.
- Three years of culinary experience.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid Food Handler's Card.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to solve problems and deal courteously with employees and the general public.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management skills.
This role requires the ability to perform tasks necessary to complete the essential functions of the job, either with or without reasonable accommodation.
