Franklin University is seeking a dedicated Graduate Admissions Advisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in attracting and assessing potential candidates for our graduate programs, which include both master's and doctoral degrees. The selected candidate will engage in proactive outreach efforts to inform prospective students about the admissions process, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and timelines involved.

The responsibilities include:

  • Conducting outreach through various communication channels such as phone, email, and text.
  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with departments across the University, including Financial Aid, Marketing, and Graduate Student Affairs.

The hybrid work schedule requires presence on campus on designated days, with flexibility for remote work during the week. The role includes one late evening per week and a mix of flexible hours to accommodate various needs.

Qualifications:

A master's degree is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate a proven track record in achieving goals and ensuring student satisfaction. We are looking for a team-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively. Experience in graduate recruitment or admissions is highly desirable, along with familiarity with CRM tools and project management.
