  • Closing sales and coordinating, producing, and executing contract documents, developing alternate contract models to better meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop horizontal sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies that result in the achievement of sales, market share, account retention, or market growth targets.
  • Enhance, develop, and sustain continued business development for the Company.
  • Operate a territory from end to end, demonstrating a deep understanding of Quest's value proposition and the ability to solution-sell.
  • Possess strong financial acumen and influencing skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Proficiency in operating territory management from end to end.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
