Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our Mobility & Industrial Solutions Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with Korean OEMs and Tier Suppliers, driving new customer acquisitions, and establishing a strong foundation of relationships for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build partnerships that lead to long-term enterprise value.
- Acquire new customers in Korean OEMs and Tier Suppliers and convert them to profitable revenue-generating accounts.
- Grow customer relationships and drive increased YoY pipeline and sales.
- Set and execute an aggressive client acquisition strategy across M&IS verticals.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting using Salesforce and other software tools.
- Work with legal counsel and internal business stakeholders to navigate complex contracting arrangements.
- Responsible for framing the big picture and selling a vision of collaboration and long-term partnership with each prospective customer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of professional experience in Sales and/or Business Development in Automotive.
- 15+ years of experience with Korean OEMs and Tier Suppliers.
- 10+ years in the injection molding, mold tooling, prototyping, or supporting spaces.
- Business connections within the injection molding and injection mold tooling space.
- Fluent in English and Korean.
- Understanding of the nuances of the manufacturing space and what customers are looking for in a partner.
