Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and construction company principals
- Develop and manage sales pipelines to ensure revenue growth
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
Requirements:
- First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B is sales preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
- Competitive, self-motivated and results driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment
