Job Summary

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. You will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a geographical sales territory to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our existing customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.

Requirements
  • First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record.
  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales preferred, but not required.
  • You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • You have the technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
  • You're competitive, self-motivated and results driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment.
