Pure Barre is a national leader in barre fitness with over 500+ franchise locations in the United States and Canada.

We are seeking a qualified Sales Manager to drive sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand.

The Sales Manager will oversee all studio sales functionality, including lead generation, membership and retail sales, and staff supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and networking
  • Membership and retail sales
  • Manage staff schedule
  • Supervise Sales Representatives
  • Collect outstanding dues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Become proficient in ClubReady software

Requirements include:

  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
  • Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps
  • Ability to manage multiple revenue streams
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
