Job Overview

21c Museum Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our revenue growth efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing property revenues while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans to support revenue objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and direct the sales team to achieve objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure timely preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Oversee the development of an annual Strategic Sales and Marketing Plan.
Requirements
  • Strong sales skills with thorough knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Experience in providing effective team leadership and creating a positive work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer competency required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Database Management.
