As a Regional Support Center Representative IV at Spectrum, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers by providing real-time solutions to scheduling conflicts, using technical and analytical skills to resolve issues, and building relationships with our customers and internal teams.

This role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, communicative, and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. If you are a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving scheduling conflicts and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues, and provide solutions to customers and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with cable theories, dispatcher, and/or customer service work experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
