About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Field Support Representative IV to join our Regional Support Center team. As a key member of our Field Operations Unit, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the building blocks for our field operations truck roles
  • Manage weekly forecasts and use analytical skills to manage in-house technician movement
  • Navigate the field service management tools to provide real-time solutions to scheduling conflicts
  • Use technical and analytical skills to resolve issues and build relationships with customers
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with cable theories, dispatcher, and/or customer service work experience
  • Technical skills in MS Office
  • Computer skills, analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills
