About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Regional Support Center (RSC) team as a Representative IV. As a key member of our Field Operations Unit, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing your analytical skills and technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient issue resolution.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
