Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
  • Unit Preparation: Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning, painting, and carpet cleaning.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the grounds, including cutting grass, trimming weeds, and digging flower beds.
  • Plumbing and Electrical: Maintain and repair plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts.
  • Tool Operation: Operate various tools, including power drills, power saws, pressure washers, and lawn mowers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Good communication skills, ability to operate tools, and basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
  • Certifications: HVAC Certification preferred, but not required.
