Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, delivering information about state benefit programs.
- Clearly articulate the advantages and eligibility criteria to potential clients.
- Establish rapport with clients by actively listening to their needs and customizing solutions accordingly.
- Recognize sales opportunities and adeptly address objections to successfully finalize sales.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive customer records within the company's CRM system.
- Consistently meet or surpass sales goals and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to enhance customer experience and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in sales or customer service, ideally within a call center setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building relationships over the phone.
- Strong persuasive skills, capable of overcoming objections and effectively closing sales.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Adaptability to evolving processes and procedures.
- Robust problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage challenging customer interactions.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $75,000 annually (Starting: $850 - $1,500 /week)
$75,000 - $125,000 annually (Experienced)
The salary range mentioned is typical for most individuals. Those with prior call center experience or quick learners may see increased compensation.
Training:
We offer extensive in-office training. The initial week will focus on learning and training alongside your team leader, with ongoing support and training continuing thereafter.
