About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Integrated Power Services (IPS). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base across North America and the United Kingdom.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, to develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the power generation or renewable energy sector
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding customer bases
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
