Business Development Executive for Multifamily, Student Housing, and Hospitality

Cotton Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of property restoration and recovery services, seeks a seasoned sales professional to fill the role of Business Development Executive for its subsidiary, Advance Catastrophe Technologies (ACT). This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales development and strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Primary Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, execution, and relationship-building with existing clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities within the multifamily, student housing, hospitality, and senior living facilities verticals
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or account management role
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners
Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
