Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Agent at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a smooth stay experience. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will make a lasting impression on our guests, and your attention to detail will ensure that every aspect of their stay is taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register guests and process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
