Door-to-Door Sales Representative

In this dynamic role, you will be part of a high-performing sales team, responsible for acquiring new customers and growing our business through door-to-door sales. As a valued member of our team, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Customized Solutions: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, crafting personalized telecom packages that meet their unique requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest telecom products and services, including mobile and fixed-line offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements.
- Sales Pitch: Develop a compelling sales pitch that showcases the benefits of our products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections in a professional and courteous manner.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales agreements with customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for all parties involved.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales reports, and contracts.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sales support and assistance to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
- Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas, demonstrating a strong commitment to personal and team success.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices, ensuring a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, minimum one year of previous door-to-door selling experience, effective communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in computer and technical skills.
