Job Description

Partners Capital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Team Associate to join our team. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy and Strategic Initiatives: Support and lead the development and implementation of initiatives to improve the HR offering to the organization, including efficiencies, policies, projects, programs, and systems.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, FSA, commuter benefits, life insurance, and 401k. Work with third-party service providers to resolve issues and reconcile monthly benefit statements.
  • People System (UKG): Support ongoing maintenance of UKG, including requirements gathering, testing, and change management. Assist with UKG enhancements and ensure seamless integration with other HR systems.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Organize logistics for US recruiting efforts, including logging candidate resumes, scheduling interviews, administering case studies and tests, and arranging debrief sessions. Manage new employee onboarding and employee departure processes, including completing Form I-9, verifying I-9 documentation, and maintaining I-9 files.
  • Compensation and Payroll: Support biweekly payroll activities, including employee enrollments, employee referral bonuses, and paid leave benefits tracking. Administer required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
  • Performance Development: Support annual performance management processes, including preparing team communications, tracking completion stats, and providing team support as needed.
  • Learning and Development: Assist with the development, coordination, and tracking of all training and development activities. Administer training activities for employees using the Partners Capital training platform, Partners Capital University (PCU).
  • People Policy and Compliance: Update people policy documents to reflect changes and ensure compliance with relevant federal and state laws. Monitor labor law policies to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or Consulting
  • Skills: Excellent project management, organization, prioritization, written/verbal communication, and analytical skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
