A prestigious family office in Boston seeks an experienced Human Resources Employee Relations Manager to lead employee relations discussions and investigations with estate managers and household staff throughout the east coast.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead employee relations discussions and investigations with estate managers and household staff
- Work closely with estate managers and household staff to foster a supportive and efficient work environment
- Report to the Director of Human Resources, handling employee relations concerns with a high degree of emotional intelligence
- Travel 40%-50% mainly on the East Coast
- Experience in private service human resources
- Bilingual a plus
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Salary Range: $100k-$120k
