Position Overview:

The Customer Success Associate (Business Analyst) plays a crucial role in managing relationships with a portfolio of clients, primarily within the luxury fashion sector. This role is essential for ensuring that our clients derive maximum value from our B2B SaaS platform, SKYPAD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with a diverse range of Apparel/Fashion accounts, actively participating in both virtual and in-person client meetings.
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction throughout the account management lifecycle by utilizing exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Act as a liaison between internal technical teams and client business users, addressing reporting inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Occasionally validate retail data using Excel to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Employ strong listening and analytical skills to assess client needs and identify opportunities aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Deliver comprehensive overviews and demonstrations of reporting services, addressing standard inquiries about our offerings.
  • Provide constructive feedback to internal teams to foster the development of new solutions and enhance existing marketing tools.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on solution-oriented issue management.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
  • High energy level and a sense of urgency to promote client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Capability to implement client solutions as directed by the Account Management team.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in apparel/fashion merchandising, buying, planning, or similar roles.
  • Proven track record in managing both internal and external communications effectively.
  • Familiarity with basic retail mathematics and the ability to utilize advanced Excel skills in daily tasks.
  • Knowledge of retail/wholesale enterprise systems and business intelligence reporting tools.
  • Experience in the fashion or consumer products industry is advantageous.
