As the Global Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the marketing team with a variety of strategic marketing initiatives, including the introduction of new products and promotional activities, as well as data analysis and reporting.
A primary responsibility of this position is to oversee a global events calendar, managing everything from planning and execution to lead qualification and follow-up.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for you to gain insights into life science marketing and cell therapy within a dynamic start-up atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in marketing initiatives, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee global Accellix events, managing logistical pre-event preparations, on-site execution, and post-event evaluations, including surveys and budget assessments.
- Qualify incoming leads generated from marketing activities and trade shows, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Develop expertise as the in-house CRM specialist.
- Coordinate event timelines and action plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring all deadlines are met with successful results.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing internship is preferred.
- Previous experience in event management is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
