Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Support Representative to join our team at Saicon. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, providing product expertise, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively address client inquiries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery
  • Participate in on-call rotation and be available to work weekends on a rotating basis

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical support or sales operations environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in SQL and JIRA, with experience in sales operations and customer service a plus
