About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EH&S Manager to join our team in the Americas region. As a key member of our safety and health team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe execution of projects through development and construction phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site visits and perform BSPs to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Train EHS team members on site-specific safety procedures and protocols.
  • Develop and conduct EHS lunch and learns, trainings, and leadership meetings for project sites and Air Products/Contractors personnel.
  • Review contractors' prequalification information and provide feedback on their EHS qualifications.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with contractors to ensure they meet EHS standards defined in 90600.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant EHS certifications, such as OSHT, CSP, or CHST.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully implementing EHS policies and procedures on construction sites.
  • Demonstrate competence in executing large capital construction projects.
  • Perform risk assessment process to prioritize EHS focus areas.
