About the Role

We are seeking an experienced market leader in Digital EHS and Sustainability Services to join our global firm as a Partner within our Digital Services business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the growth and development of ERM's global integrated solutions and collaborate with colleagues across the globe.
  • Drive innovation within the business to stay ahead of client needs and differentiate ERM in the market.
  • Develop and implement strategic business and action plans to expand ERM's Digital Services business and client base in the EMEA regions.
  • Personally win new Digital Services engagements annually and develop new opportunities.
  • Develop and manage strategic EHS&S Management Information Systems programs for clients with complex technical/regulatory issues.
  • Lead, manage performance, inspire, and mentor personnel for overall success of the team.
Requirements
  • BS/MS in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related program.
  • 15+ years of relevant consulting experience working with significant clients on EHS&S Management Information Systems and sustainable EHS programs.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies in EHS&S Management Information Systems software solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and book personal sales in new Digital Systems consulting services within the EHSM domains.
  • Recognized technical expertise and established reputation in the local marketplace.
