  • Payroll Administration: Oversee all duties related to the payroll process, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of hands-on Human Resources management experience.
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
  • Knowledgeable on all current State and Federal labor laws, postings, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
  • Knowledge of ADP system preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Employee advocate, results-driven, and a team player.
