THE SENIOR MANAGER: Provides comprehensive leadership, oversight, and strategic direction on operational standards and initiatives to enhance business performance for designated areas under the General Manager's guidance.

People: Recruit, train, retain, and nurture your team
Passionate about our People and our Guests. Collaborates with GM, AGM, and Training Manager to assess talent and recommend staffing needs and hiring strategies. Ensures the effective execution of training programs for staff. Guarantees appropriate staffing levels and management coverage to meet business needs and enhance customer experience. Motivates and guides staff through effective engagement, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and peak productivity. Identifies and develops Certified Trainers for greater responsibilities or potential promotion within the management program. Fosters positive employee relations through effective delegation, promoting high morale, maintaining operational standards, and executing performance management processes.Financial Performance: Enhance financial outcomes (drive revenue and manage expenses)
Reviews financial results and opportunities within assigned departments with leadership. Oversees assigned areas by achieving objectives, analyzing opportunities, evaluating costs, and presenting recommendations to leadership. Secures all storage and cash handling areas to mitigate risk and loss. Reviews and educates on cost control measures, taking corrective actions as necessary and proposing alternative strategies to leadership. Continuously enhances operational execution through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to company standards, maximizing profits and minimizing expenses. Responsible for all aspects of a specific operational area to support the achievement of financial goals and company objectives.Sales Management: Directs annual budget and business plan to achieve targeted financial results
Establishes departmental goals by period for individual areas. Capitalizes on market opportunities by implementing company marketing strategies to boost sales. Manages decisions regarding store sales and performance incentive programs.Guest Experience: Consistently uphold the standard for guest satisfaction (quality of operations)
Provides an exceptional guest experience through the optimal combination of food, beverages, and entertainment in an ideal setting for celebrating fun. Maintains a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.
