Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and expertise to customers, making recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  • Replenish product on shelves as required, maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Assist with floor merchandise moves, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to calculate figures, make change, and operate a computerized Point of Sale register system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
