We are currently seeking a full-time, benefit-eligible Operations Support Specialist to enhance our dynamic construction office team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timesheet Management: Oversee and maintain payroll and equipment hours, ensuring accuracy in field-entered time.
  • Billing Administration: Manage weekly invoicing for time and materials work, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
  • Crew Documentation: Maintain and distribute daily logs of crew locations.
  • Absence and Overtime Monitoring: Track field absences and overtime, ensuring proper coding for reporting.
  • Material Invoicing: Identify and bill for direct materials related to time and materials contracts.
  • Utility Coordination: Assist field supervisors in securing necessary site utilities.
  • Resource Management: Help maintain manpower reports and conduct weekly audits of equipment utilization.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide assistance to division staff and maintain organized division files.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Relevant office experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and familiarity with iOS platforms.
  • Experience with ERP or accounting software, with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships with various stakeholders.
